Instructor
- Create partnerships with other universities/Share with a Japanese school/Co-ordinate more with other colleges in order to be able to put together a larger scale project
- Implement voting on the Ustream website
- Make this project big so that the University is willing to present our blog project on the front page of the school website. Eventually, when it becomes a Princeton Japanese language education specialty, it will reach more Japanese blog readers I guess.
Students
- Go to other people's blogs and leave comments
- Spread the word about our blogs in our own social networks. Asking friends to spread the word too.
- Accumulate followers
- Create a viral video which advertises the blogs
How?
- Talk about how to get into Princeton (in Japanese?)
- Give tutorials (i.e. origami) in Japanese
- Have interviews with interesting/famous people (Where can we find them?)
- Publicize the videos (how?)
- Allow editing on PriTV
Continuous Efforts
- More visual appeal
- Make content more entertaining
- Add new content more regularly
- More frequent posts
- Related to Japan
- Relatable to the reader
- Entertaining/interesting
- More Idea
- Besides contents in Japanese, also regularly post contents in the native language of the writer about American college life or interesting young people culture in the US, just to direct diverse readers to our blogs and hopefully among them some are native Japanese.
